The Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch their careers in technology. Over the course of 12 months, participants will join our engineering teams, work on significant projects, and receive structured training and guidance. Top-performing graduates may be offered full-time roles post-programme.

The Technology team is responsible for building the systems and experiences that power the company. We are looking for Python Engineers to create scalable systems, develop data pipelines, and contribute to high-impact projects. Our technology stack includes Python 3, SQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and follows a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable APIs
  • Create data pipelines for reporting and analytics
  • Work in cross-functional teams to design data models
  • Expand knowledge of Python and SQL through projects
  • Collaborate with engineers on distributed systems
  • Manage tasks and deliver outcomes in a team environment
  • Provide updates to global teams and learn from senior engineers

Requirements:

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
  • Graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027
  • A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Full-time availability from early or late 2027
  • Willingness to attend a company office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)
