Work Conditions:

About the Job: As a Technology Services Specialist Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting IT systems and contributing to the operational efficiency of the company's global teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and automating enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices.
  • Deploying software, configuring devices, and enhancing the employee onboarding experience.
  • Monitoring device health, security, and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with teams to address endpoint and systems challenges.
  • Developing scripts and automation solutions for improved IT operations.
  • Supporting security initiatives and maintaining device standards.

About The Graduate Programme: The 12-month Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates launching their careers in technology. Participants will join engineering teams, handle real-world projects, and face challenges that have a significant impact. This program provides structured training, hands-on experience, and guidance from experts, enabling graduates to enhance their skills and explore diverse career paths within the company. Successful participants may receive an offer for a full-time position during or after the program.

What You’ll Need:

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM field.
  • Graduation year: 2025, 2026, or 2027.
  • Passion for IT systems, endpoint management, and automation.
  • Scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Full-time availability in either early or late 2027.
