About the Role
The Graduate Sales position is designed for individuals eager to support the sales team in achieving sales targets while gaining valuable experience in market research and customer relationship management. In this role, you will be involved in preparing sales presentations, attending sales meetings, and participating in training programs to develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas:
The Graduate Sales will be accountable for the following objectives:

• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
• Assist in developing commercial proposals, presentations, and client pitches;
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities;
• Help manage customer accounts and foster long-term relationships;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education:

• Minimum 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

• Newly qualified Sales Graduates;
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in sales and commercial strategy;
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good communication and teamwork abilities;
• Language: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
