About the Role
We're looking for a fresh Software Engineering graduate who wants to write real code that ships to real customers. You'll join our Engineering team and build the features, integrations, and internal tools that power our platform. You'll also use AI tools and agents to build faster and smarter.
You'll learn from experienced engineers, get your code into production early, and grow quickly in a fintech environment where quality, security, and reliability matter.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and maintain features across our platform
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations with internal systems and external partners
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code, and take part in code reviews
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in development and production
- Build AI agents and automations that speed up internal workflows and product features
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and ship quickly
- Work with the Product team to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions
- Write clear technical documentation for the features and integrations you build
- Contribute ideas to improve our architecture, tooling, and engineering practices
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- Saudi national
- Currently based in Riyadh
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
- 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Solid programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language
- Understanding of databases and APIs (REST, SQL)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong, practical use of AI coding tools, and the ability to build AI agents
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow as an engineer
Nice-to-have
- Graduate of a top-tier university such as KFUPM, Prince Sultan University (PSU), or King Saud University (KSU)
- A GitHub profile or portfolio showing projects you've built
- Internship experience in software development
- Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD
- Interest in fintech, payments, or financial data
