We are hiring Graduate Software Engineers for 2024 and 2025 to join our engineering teams worldwide. As part of our engineering teams, you will face a range of challenges within both open source products and commercial systems. Our work spans from the lowest levels of the Linux system to desktop applications and cloud technologies. We seek individuals who are passionate about the open source movement and have excelled academically.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Shaping the roadmap for your product during global sprints every six months.
  • Focusing on design and user experience for developer tooling and command line applications.
  • Writing high-quality, resilient, and performant code.
  • Engaging with users and the open source community through code reviews and issue tracking.
  • Developing an understanding of security in software design and implementation.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or another STEM field with programming courses.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Experience with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Upstream open source contributions and packaging contributions to Linux distributions.
