The Talent Science team aims to ensure that we follow objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues, regardless of location, culture, or background. We are looking for exceptional entry-level candidates who possess a psychology-based degree with a strong academic track record. Relevant experience in talent selection from university coursework or internships is preferred.
In this role, you will learn to implement hiring strategies that lead to high-performance outcomes. You will bring an analytical mindset and a high level of curiosity to integrate data using SQL or Python to draw insights. Strong communication skills are essential as you will work closely with senior stakeholders to meet hiring targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques.
  • Utilize psychometrics in the workplace.
  • Work on process and documentation efficiencies.
  • Contribute to projects that drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our systems and platforms for problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical ability to analyze data using SQL, with additional skills in Python and/or statistical analysis being advantageous.
  • Exposure to talent-related subjects through coursework or relevant internships.
  • Passion for technology with demonstrated interest.
  • Results-driven with strong project management skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and ambition to innovate in the talent field.
  • Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year for company events.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Advanced theory of psychometrics.
