We are seeking exceptional entry-level candidates who possess a psychology-based degree with an outstanding academic record. Relevant experience in the field of talent, whether through university coursework in talent selection or internships, is desirable. The candidate will gain insights into implementing successful hiring strategies while contributing to our talent agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques.
  • Understanding the use of psychometrics in the workplace.
  • Enhancing process and documentation efficiencies for hiring practices.
  • Contributing to projects that drive successful hiring outcomes through advanced analytics.
  • Building stakeholder relationships to design and implement solutions to complex hiring challenges.
  • Gaining familiarity with our systems and platforms to support hiring-related inquiries.
  • Addressing ticket support and company channel questions to develop a deep understanding of our processes.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills to analyze data using SQL; familiarity with Python and advanced statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Exposure to talent topics through academic coursework, internships, or initial job experience.
  • Interest in technology with demonstrable evidence.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage projects effectively and deliver objectives with the team.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and ambition to innovate in the talent field.
