In this role, you will learn to implement hiring strategies that lead to high-performance outcomes and contribute to our talent agenda. The ideal candidate should possess a psychology-based degree with an outstanding academic record and some relevant experience in talent selection, either through coursework or an internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques
  • Utilize psychometrics in the workplace
  • Improve processes and documentation for hiring practices
  • Contribute to projects requiring advanced analytics skills
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address complex hiring challenges
  • Support problem-solving related to hiring questions and system/platform understanding

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional academic record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in psychology or related field
  • Advanced analytical skills to dissect data using SQL (Python experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to talent topics through coursework, internships, or entry-level jobs
  • Passion for technology with demonstrable interest
  • Professional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Advanced theory of psychometrics
  • Understanding of intrinsic motivation
