Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, remote position with the possibility of international travel 2-4 times per year for company events.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques.
  • Understand and apply psychometrics in the workplace.
  • Work on process efficiencies to enhance hiring practices.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to design and implement solutions for hiring challenges.
  • Support the hiring process through ticket support and company channel queries.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field with an exceptional academic track record.
  • Experience or exposure to talent selection, either through coursework, internships, or first job experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of Python or advanced statistical analysis being advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Advanced theory of psychometrics.
