Graduate Trainee - Associate Agile Coach (UAE Nationals)

As a Graduate Trainee - Associate Agile Coach, you will be responsible for enhancing the agile maturity of squads within a Tribe/Platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying areas for improvement within squads.
• Implementing necessary changes to increase the agile maturity of squads.
• Coaching squad members to achieve autonomy and fully understand Agile practices and principles.
• Guiding squads to become self-organized, allowing them to run ceremonies and maintain best agile practices without a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Conducting training sessions for squads or broader audiences as required.
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of squads' maturity and providing regular reports to the Agile Coach and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree with technical aspects such as coding/programming and project management included in the course syllabus.
• Skills in Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, and Integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.

This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and is located in the United Arab Emirates (On-site).
