Graduate Trainee - Associate Agile Coach (UAE Nationals) job in Dubai

Position

As a Graduate Trainee - Associate Agile Coach, you will be responsible for identifying improvement areas within your squads and implementing necessary enhancements to increase their agile maturity. Your key responsibilities will include:

Coaching squad members towards autonomy and a deep understanding of Agile practices and principles.
Facilitating self-organization within squads, enabling them to run ceremonies and maintain best agile practices without a dedicated Scrum Master.
Conducting necessary trainings for squads or wider audiences as required.
Monitoring and tracking the progress of the squads' maturity, providing regular reports to the Agile Coach and other stakeholders.
Focusing on 2-3 squads within a Tribe/Platform to ensure significant improvements in their agile practices.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications:
Relevant bachelor’s degree with technical aspects such as coding/programming and project management as part of the course syllabus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Jira, and Confluence.
Skills required include conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, team leadership, analytical thinking, innovation, flexibility, and integrity.
