Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing commercial processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Propose and support enhancements aligned with business goals and leading best practices.
• Explore and enable AI and automation opportunities across workflows and operations.
• Contribute to the design of process models, value streams, and capability maps.
• Support governance documentation and ensure alignment with internal frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in: Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics / Data Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Business / Process Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in automation and digital solutions.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
