Location: United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance reporting and incentive calculations for Retail Banking Sales, IIS, and Call Center channels.
  • Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to identify actionable insights and provide recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance packs for Sales, Business Planning, and Product Management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare, monitor, and calibrate incentive budgets and plans for relevant channels and segments in line with the bank’s objectives.
  • Implement and maintain robust controls and processes aligned with Audit requirements for incentive computation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, Finance, HR, Audit, and IT to support governance and informed decision-making.
  • Support digitization and automation of manual dashboards and incentive reporting using tools such as SAS and Power BI.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SQL, SAS, or similar analytical/database tools.
  • Exposure to visual dashboarding tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and provide simple, practical solutions.
