Graduate Trainee Program (Multiple Functions)

Join the company's Graduate Trainee Program in Jeddah, where you will report to the Local HR/Programme Manager and rotate across six business areas including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&I, Tech, and Finance. This role involves working in project-based, cross-functional teams that not only promote your learning but also have a tangible impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

• Rotation & Learning: Complete tailored rotations, attend masterclasses, and receive regular mentoring.
• Project Delivery: Lead or support high-visibility projects, delivering measurable business outcomes and presenting results to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Influence: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement initiatives.
• Personal Development: Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and a structured development plan to prepare you for your next role at the company.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Fluent English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and ready to take on responsibility from day one.
