Graduate Trainee - Technology (UAE Nationals)

The company recognizes the importance of having a skilled and engaged workforce to maintain and improve service levels globally. The company Fresh Graduate Program is a key initiative focused on developing the knowledge of its Trainees, who may then become permanent members of the company upon completing the program.

Objectives

• Provide Fresh Graduates the opportunity to develop skills and expertise while working as Trainees.
• Select top-tier candidates for the company's future talent pool through competency assessments and performance reviews during the program.
• Facilitate the transition from Trainee to Employee and expose Trainees to the company's culture, with potential offers for permanent employment as direct hires.
• Offer valuable real-life work experience and on-the-job training within the company, even for those not able to join permanently.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following to be eligible for consideration in the company's Fresh Graduates Program:

• Program reserved for UAE Nationals.
• Medical fitness in accordance with the work environment.
• Government clearances, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Completion of all entry assessments and interviews, including personality and ability assessments.
• Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.

Please note that completion of the program does not guarantee a permanent contract with the company.
