Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process access requests for company systems and applications, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
- Verify user access rights and privileges based on defined policies and procedures.
- Grant, modify, or revoke user access as needed.
- Monitor and report on user access activity to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to access management processing.
- Analyze and assign permissions to users in various applications as per approved requests.
- Support 24X7 High Privileged Password (HLP) management activities, including weekends and public holidays.
- Answer IVR calls and respond to user queries regarding access management.
- Ensure all user requests and issues are resolved within established turnaround times, in coordination with Business Units.
- Ensure user access is provided in line with respective roles, adhering to bank policies.
Key Requirements:
- UAE National with Familybook.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Good knowledge of IT system management.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent operational and communication skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and analysis tools.
- Assertive and polite with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
