Position

The Graduate Trainee User Access Management (UAM) at Emirates NBD is responsible for performing the User Management Functions of most IT Applications in the Emirates NBD Group. This role includes managing TMK Keys and SWIFT RMA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process access requests for company systems and applications, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
  • Verify user access rights and privileges based on defined policies and procedures.
  • Grant, modify, or revoke user access as needed.
  • Monitor and report on user access activity to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to access management processing.
  • Analyze and assign permissions to users in various applications as per approved requests.
  • Support 24X7 High Privileged Password (HLP) management activities, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Answer IVR calls and respond to user queries regarding access management.
  • Ensure all user requests and issues are resolved within established turnaround times, in coordination with Business Units.
  • Ensure user access is provided in line with respective roles, adhering to bank policies.

Key Requirements:

  • UAE National with Familybook.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • Good knowledge of IT system management.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent operational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and analysis tools.
  • Assertive and polite with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English.
