Job Description:
- Manage and lead a dynamic graphic design team.
- Conceptualize and execute creative graphics design solutions.
- Prepare design and deliver high-quality reports, boards, and presentations.
- Maintain adherence to the company and clients’ brand identity guidelines.
- Create sophisticated templates for presentations and reports.
- Design and prepare complex art and layouts in line with established standards.
- Develop high-quality layouts to graphically represent design solutions.
- Create various visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, and animations.
- Mentor junior designers and provide art direction.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with Technical Design Leads for artwork review and improvements.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of UI design principles.
- Strong typography skills and excellent layout composition.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Experience in brand identity development and implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in Architecture and/or Engineering Design.
- Eagerness to enhance graphic design skills for digital presentations.
- Ability to hand-sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
- Relevant professional qualifications and affiliations.
