Responsibilities
- Creative Conceptualization and Pitching: Develop innovative and compelling creative concepts. Pitch ideas effectively from initial conceptualization through to completion.
- Design and Layout Principles: Demonstrate a solid understanding of design and layout principles. Apply these principles to create visually stunning and effective designs.
- Art Direction and Guidance: Provide clear art direction and guidance to both internal and external teams. Ensure that all creative work aligns with the project goals and brand guidelines.
- Hands-On Design Tasks: Engage in day-to-day design-related tasks. Deliver high-end designs and visuals that meet the company’s quality standards.
- Compositions and Visual Creation: Possess a deep understanding of compositions and visual design. Create well-composed visuals that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Motion Design: Demonstrate a deep understanding of motion design principles. Showcase proven experience through successful motion design projects.
- Print Design: Have an in-depth knowledge of print design processes. Ensure all print materials are designed to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Equivalent to a senior art director or similar role with agency background.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and high-end designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of design, layout, and typography principles.
- Strong visual and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience in motion design with a portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of print design and production processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
