Job Description:
- Manage and lead a creative team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists.
- Conceptualize and execute creative graphic design solutions from inception to completion.
- Prepare designs and deliver high-quality reports, boards, and presentations.
- Adhere to the company and clients’ brand identity guidelines.
- Create sophisticated templates for presentations and reports for designers’ use.
- Design and prepare complex art and layouts following established standards.
- Develop layouts to graphically represent the company’s design solutions.
- Produce complex reproduction-ready visual graphics (newsletters, brochures, flyers, etc.).
- Create sketch renders to demonstrate design concepts during early development stages.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Ensure the highest quality of deliverables by checking the team’s outputs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide art direction to elevate design quality.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies for innovative solutions.
- Collaborate directly with Technical Design Leads on accurate and consistent materials.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the same industry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent typography skills and keen eye for layout and composition.
- Outstanding project and time management skills.
- Experience in brand identity development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in Architecture and/or Engineering Design.
- Ability to hand-sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
- Local UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
