Graphic Design Manager

The company is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Design Manager to join our creative team! In this role, you will work in a young and dynamic team, delivering visually compelling and effective graphic design solutions for a wide range of projects across various media.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and lead a highly creative and dynamic team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists.
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative graphics design solutions from inception to completion.
• Prepare design and deliver high-quality reports, boards, and presentations.
• Maintain and adhere to the company and Clients’ brand identity guidelines.
• Create sophisticated templates for presentations and reports for designers’ use across multiple purposes.
• Design and prepare complex art and layouts, applying established standards and formats from Clients or the company brand identity guidelines.
• Produce motion graphics and animations for video projects and digital presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and provide art direction to elevate the overall quality of design output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch Up, and Lumion.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in Architecture and/or Engineering Design.
• Eager to improve graphic design skills and techniques to enhance digital design presentations.
• Ability to hand-sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
