Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The role will support a wide range of corporate, marketing, communication, and branding requirements, including brochures, websites, presentations, newsletters, invitations, social media content, advertisements, illustrations, and other creative materials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of graphic design principles, excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to translate business and communication requirements into engaging, brand-aligned visual concepts. The role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively with internal stakeholders, respond positively to feedback, and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts aligned with business requirements, established guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Create high-quality visual assets for both digital and print media, including:
  • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Logos
  • Advertisements
  • Social media graphics
  • Illustrations
  • Corporate materials
  • Presentations
  • Invitations
  • Electronic newsletters
  • Website graphics
  • Other marketing and communication materials
• Design and produce creative content for websites and interactive digital media.
• Edit, retouch, enhance, and manipulate images and graphic assets using professional design software.
• Ensure all creative outputs consistently follow brand identity, visual guidelines, and established quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and organizational units to understand their design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare final artwork appropriately for digital publication and print production.
• Stay updated on current graphic design trends, creative techniques, digital media practices, and emerging design tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven experience creating designs for both digital and print media.
• Experience developing corporate and marketing collateral.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of core graphic design principles, including:
  • Layout
  • Typography
  • Color theory
  • Branding
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Composition

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a designer who combines strong creative thinking with excellent technical design skills and can confidently work across both digital and print environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing several projects at once, presenting ideas, incorporating feedback, and delivering polished, brand-consistent creative assets under tight deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, corporate branding, marketing collateral, social media, and/or website design work will be highly valued.
