Parsons is looking for a highly creative and exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will design and prepare moderately complex artworks and copy layouts, applying established standards and formats from the company’s or client’s style manuals or branding guidelines. You will work directly with Project Managers, Designers, Technical Writers/Editors, and authors/requestors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents. Responsibilities include recommending improvements for accuracy of expression, clarity, and consistency with company or client styles. Additionally, you will design and produce reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, viewgraphs, posters, signs, and certificates. Modifications to existing artwork may be required, and you'll serve as part of a functional team to complete assignments according to schedule. Additional duties involve preparing presentations and graphic layouts.

Required Skills:
- Associate's or equivalent degree in Graphic Design or a certificate of completion from an accredited design/graphics course (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in graphic design
- Proven ability to visually depict accurate information and project concepts when developing graphics and creating presentations
- Technical competence in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, After Effects) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity and interest in engineering, environmental, construction, or architecture projects
- Ability to convey the purpose and intent of infrastructure concepts via graphic representation, coupled with a professional and respectful demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Technical visualization expertise
- Expert PowerPoint presentation design skills
