Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for internal campaigns, announcements, OneHub stories, digital screens, toolkits, and leadership messages.
- Develop and maintain HTML templates and HTML newsletters to promote structured and consistent communication.
- Create visually appealing presentations for leadership and organizational initiatives.
- Translate internal communication messages into engaging visuals that are culturally aligned.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to approved brand guidelines and contribute to a unified visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team and stakeholders to clarify briefs and understand messaging goals.
- Support culture, change, and engagement initiatives through infographics, icons, layouts, and visual toolkits.
- Utilize AI tools to create high-quality graphics and visual concepts.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment with internal brand guidelines.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and assets, including bilingual (Arabic/English) versions.
Required Competencies:
- Emirati candidates with family book holder.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and advanced presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Experience in designing and adapting HTML templates and HTML newsletters.
- Ability to create high-quality, visually compelling presentations for leadership and progress reports.
- Expertise in using AI platforms for graphics creation, including concept development and image generation.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user-friendly digital design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to design for bilingual content (Arabic/English).
- Knowledge of visual standards relevant to the UAE context; motion graphics is an advantage.
