Responsibilities:

• Contribute to creative ideation and interpret briefs for digital projects.
• Present design concepts, act on feedback, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Manage design projects end-to-end, balancing short and long-term workloads.
• Apply user-centred design principles to enhance experience and accessibility.
• Lead creative support for marketing campaigns, including emails, infographics, and interactive content.
• Project manage photo and video shoots, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Maintain and optimize the company Image Library with accurate tagging and metadata.
• Monitor engagement trends and champion continuous improvement and sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject is essential.
• 6+ years of postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Experience with stadiums, events, or sports venues is advantageous.
• Chartered or professional membership is a plus.
