Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, the Graphic Designer utilizes current graphic design technology and computer software to prepare design, art, and copy layouts for proposals, presentations, technical papers, newsletters, and other visual communications media. The incumbent is capable of performing complex graphic design assignments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and prepare complex art and copy layouts according to company standards.
• Collaborate with Technical Writers/Editors and authors/requestors to review materials submitted for assigned documents, and recommend improvements for accuracy and clarity.
• Design and produce reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, charts, posters, and certificates.
• Modify existing artwork as required.
• Work as part of a functional team to complete assignments on schedule.
• Provide reproduction data such as sizing and paper selection.
• Assist in training new employees and review work produced by junior Graphic Designers.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of related work experience.
• UAE work experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in graphic design technology and software.
• Strong background in graphic design skills and knowledge of production techniques and printing processes.
• Ability to handle detailed and simultaneous design assignments while meeting schedule requirements.
