Graphic Designer - Saudi National

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways/infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create documents including design reports, status reports, and dashboards
• Work on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs
• Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards
• Work independently and cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities
• Create new processes and standards for graphic design purposes
• Update and maintain internal databases for graphic design related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A highly creative mindset with experience using creative skills for professional documents
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach to own activities and assisting in other disciplines

Desired Skills

• Previous experience working in a technical PMO
• Experience in creating engineering/project management documents/reports
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments
