The company is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer - Saudi National to join our team! In this role, you will work within a new PMO on major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh City.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software.
- Use suitable colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Amend designs based on feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Prepare various documents including design reports, status reports, and monthly/weekly reports.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the PMO team to meet deadlines.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for graphic design tasks.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar field.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to activities and assisting in overall PMO efficiency.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working in a technical PMO.
- Experience in creating engineering/project management documents/reports.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments.
