Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer - Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh, focusing on major highways and infrastructure projects. In this full-time, on-site role, you will study design briefs, conceptualize visuals, develop illustrations, and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand. You will also create various documents, collaborate with the PMO team to meet deadlines, and propose improvements to design processes.

Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine design requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Create documents including design reports, status reports, monthly/weekly reports, dashboards, and bidding documents.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, utilizing various software programs to develop innovative graphic designs aligned with business goals.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
- Collaborate with the PMO team to meet deadlines.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and propose solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Create new processes and standards for graphic design purposes.
- Update and maintain internal databases related to graphic design tasks.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Proven graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to improve PMO efficiency.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a technical PMO.
- Experience in creating engineering or project management documents and reports.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary collaborative environment.
