We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer at Locai, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 years as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and willingness to accept feedback and direction.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
