As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and development of cybersecurity programs across various domains, including strategy, GRC, architecture, identity and access management, and cybersecurity solutions based on leading practices such as NIST, CIS, and ISO27001.
- Developing and implementing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and local GCC regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, SAMA, NESA).
- Conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and gap analyses to benchmark client capabilities against industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Assisting in the design of target technical security architecture for clients and analyzing emerging cybersecurity solutions.
- Communicating effectively with executives and business user communities, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable insights.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of emerging cybersecurity technologies and standards.
- Experience in cybersecurity strategy development and governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks and international leading practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload under tight deadlines.
- Proven IT skills in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East is a MUST.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or a related field; M.Sc. preferred.
- Candidates are expected to hold or be actively pursuing relevant globally recognized certifications in Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, or Project Management.
