As the GRC Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks vital to our space technology operations. Your primary responsibility will be to take technical ownership of ServiceNow GRC processes, ensuring all configurations, integrations, and custom developments align with business needs and regulatory compliance. You will support technical innovation while managing risks and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow GRC platform.
- Maintain and update the platform, integrating with other enterprise systems.
- Automate GRC workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for the ServiceNow GRC platform and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve technical challenges.
- Generate reports on GRC activities and develop dashboards for decision-making.
- Train users on the ServiceNow GRC platform, providing guides and ongoing support.
- Ensure platform compliance with security standards, conducting regular audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Implementation, ServiceNow GRC).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical GRC specialist role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC (e.g., Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk Management).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, GDPR, EAR, ITAR.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced technical understanding of the ServiceNow GRC module.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash) for compliance automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with evolving compliance demands.
