Key dimensions - Scope & Scale:
Greater Gulf has a total net sales for B26 is about 830K Euro with a strong ambition for double-digit growth powered by a field team of approximately 250 people. Several strategic projects are integral parts of the biopharma roadmap. Greater Gulf MCO offers compelling business opportunities for Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines assets. Key launches will need to be enabled in this important MCO.
In the MCO, the GTMC head leads GTMC's Chapter 2 transformation by prioritizing ruthlessly, developing talented local teams, and positioning GTMC as the trusted partner that enables BUs commercial success. As a leadership team member of the Greater Gulf MCO, the Greater Gulf GTMC Head is accountable for leading a best-in-class unit across the key Go-To-Market capability pillars including Insights & Analytics, Customer-facing Capabilities, and Omnichannel, while ensuring close alignment with the regional and global GTMC strategy & objectives and prioritizing the enablement of new launches. The transformational dimension of the role is key and will require both strong strategic thinking and a robust operational mindset.
Responsible to manage a team of 17 headcounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Executing the GTMC Chapter 2 dual mandate of operational excellence and transformation in the MCO
- Inspiring, leading and developing the local GTMC team, fostering talent and building capabilities aligned with Chapter 2 priorities
- Orchestrating GTMC operations across pillars (Insights & Analytics, Customer-Facing Capabilities, Omnichannel) based on global and regional strategies
- Driving radical portfolio prioritization and resource allocation to maximize business impact while maintaining operational continuity
- Managing GTMC budget and resources aligned with MCO priorities and Chapter 2 investment decisions
- Ensuring close alignment with BUs, Digital, and hub teams through clear governance, defined ways of working, and transparent communication
- Managing the transition of local activities to hubs according to global and regional roadmaps
- Representing GTMC in MCO forums (BU Leadership Team meetings, Country Council meetings)

About you
Work Experience:
- 10+ years in Commercial Operations environment
- Experience in partnering with the Business and build trust.
- Experience in leading a large direct team, developing people, coaching and giving feedback.
- Experience in at least one GTMC pillar (I&A/CFC/Omnichannel)
- Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results, ability to ensure the correct pace of the acceleration of transitions of activities
- Financial skills to lead the performance of responsibility perimeter.
- High persistency and resilience.
