Position

As part of the Gulf Commercial team, the Grid Automation Sales Manager – Gulf will be responsible for the GA Orders and margin within the assigned product lines and in assigned countries. This role focuses primarily on Monitoring & Diagnostics (M&D) in addition to Protection & Automation sales throughout the Gulf, with full GA coverage of Jordan. The position involves managing pipeline, ensuring visibility and volume of opportunities in line with the Operating Plan, and collaborating with other Grid Automation Sales within the assigned countries.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver major business goals for the portfolio, including financial metrics such as orders, CCM%, and market share objectives within the assigned countries.
  • Drive forecast, risks, and opportunities while developing customer connections to ensure business growth.
  • Execute and follow-up on action plans for key accounts and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • Expert knowledge of the sales process with a minimum of 7 years in grid automation in Gulf countries.
  • Good technical knowledge of Power System, Protection and Automation systems, Monitoring and Diagnostics, and telecommunications applications for Transmission, Distribution, and Industry segments.

Additional Information

  • Willingness and ability to travel over 40% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills capable of influencing and driving regional counterparts.
  • Track record of overachieving sales targets within Gulf countries.
