Key Responsibilities
- Drive safety/support vehicles along designated operational routes.
- Provide ground-level safety support during autonomous vehicle operations.
- Monitor road conditions, pedestrians, surrounding vehicles, and potential hazards.
- Support hardware and software update testing activities.
- Assist during autonomous vehicle road testing and routine road-running operations.
- Support special experience sessions and VIP activities.
- Provide ground support during operational and cloud-cabin testing.
- Communicate potential hazards or operational issues to the relevant teams.
- Respond appropriately to changing road and traffic conditions.
- Maintain safe driving standards and comply with all operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong driving record and knowledge of road safety practices.
- Previous experience in professional driving, fleet operations, transportation, automotive testing or similar operations is preferred.
- Strong situational awareness.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow designated routes and operational instructions accurately.
- Safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in an operational road environment.
