Job Description: The Group Director will be responsible for translating business and technology strategies into actionable priorities, establishing performance insights, resolving operational misalignments, and driving financial management. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution expertise to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Accountabilities: - Strategy Execution & Business Alignment - Drive clear execution priorities aligned with measurable business values. - Ensure ownership and expected outcomes are clear across leadership.

  • Organizational Performance & Insight - Create a unified view of performance metrics. - Offer actionable insights derived from multiple domains.
  • Cross-Functional Integration & Execution Effectiveness - Align various teams (Product, Engineering, etc.) for seamless operation. - Address conflicts and ensure decisions translate into execution.
  • Financial & Operational Discipline - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization. - Align investment decisions with business results.
