This full-time role leads market-facing research that informs the company's external thought leadership, sales narratives, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy across MENA and APAC. The work directly supports revenue-generating teams by translating audience, cultural, and behavioral insights into compelling, actionable narratives used in sales pitches, marketing campaigns, industry publications, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Communications, Agencies, MSci, and regional leadership to identify research needs that support business objectives.
  • Design and execute mixed-method research programs, generating insights for external use, including thought leadership and sales enablement.
  • Manage the research lifecycle from defining business questions through to reporting and presentations.
  • Create high-impact, external-facing outputs such as industry whitepapers, sales narratives, and marketing materials.
  • Localize global research for regional markets, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance, including Arabic-language review where necessary.
  • Act as a senior, external-facing insights representative, presenting findings at industry events and client engagements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering research for external audiences.
  • Strong narrative-building skills that influence business decisions and strategies.
  • Comfort in presenting insights to senior leadership and public audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills with cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS, MA, or MBA in behavioral science, market research, psychology, sociology, economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market, audience, or consumer research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in MENA and/or APAC markets.
  • Fluency in Arabic or experience in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Background in advertising, media, or platform ecosystems.

Work Conditions:
The company practices a “default together” approach, expecting team members to work in an office 4+ days per week.
