Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years of people management (leading PMs).
- Resilient and driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and ambitious goals.
- Strong data fluency: ability to generate insights, run experiments, and translate data into actionable decisions.
- Skilled at stakeholder management across business and technical functions, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong product strategy and vision skills: ability to set direction for multiple teams and align them around a clear roadmap.
- Comfortable zooming out to drive strategy and zooming in to support tactical execution.
