KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understand overarching objectives of the company, translating them into new customer-facing products to help generate revenue and bottom line.
- Perform competitive benchmark analysis, analyze customer needs, review surveys and quantitative data to assess the right product and feature investments.
- Socialize product ideas and key decisions in strategic discussions and ideation sessions with business leaders, forming productive and trusting relationships.
- Work with junior product managers to effectively delegate tasks, ensuring features come together for a holistic product across technology, sales, operations, finance, and commercial.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specs and unblock the engineering teams for fast execution.
- Define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, and products.
- Write business cases, perform ROIs, prioritize, and write user stories; partner with the product development team to break down and plan releases.
- Cultivate product positioning and benefit statements, partnering with marketing and communication teams to create collateral that generates excitement and clarity for potential customers.
- Measure performance of product launches and iterate to success.
- Focus on building value for the business, not just features; develop innovative and unique product offerings leveraging knowledge of key market challenges that exist in competitor products.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, developing key stakeholder relationships in various locations.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with the company’s Founder’s Principles, values, and culture, ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- MBA with Supply Chain work or eCommerce experience is a significant advantage.
- 14-15 years of total experience with 9-10 years of product management experience in technology companies, with a background in international trade, eCommerce, and logistics.
- Ability to think strategically while managing details.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills in a deadline-driven environment, with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the capacity to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and prioritize with sound judgment.
- Proven ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
