Key Accountabilities
- Administer, troubleshoot, and manage network security solutions implemented in Shared Security Hubs, including next-generation firewalls, web application firewalls, and security incident monitoring.
- Provide prompt assistance to the Business Units (BUs) for any new requirements or network support concerns.
- Carry out infrastructure-related vulnerability assessments of IT systems to identify potential vulnerabilities, make recommendations to control identified risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure implementations.
- Respond rapidly and effectively to IT security incidents, managing them according to the DPW incident management life cycle, including performing forensics for evidence gathering and preservation.
- Conduct risk assessments for existing firewall rules and for new change requests submitted by the business.
- Maintain and monitor site-to-site connectivity established with global DP World sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Network, Windows, Linux, BU IT) to continuously improve the security posture in the DP World group.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in the IT field with at least 5 years in Network Security and Managing Security Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CheckPoint, Fortinet Solutions, Check Point Multi-Domain, and Azure Security is essential.
- Familiarity with data leakage prevention solutions, O365 Security, next-generation firewall, web application firewall, and OT/IoT security.
- Good understanding of cloud security (Azure, AWS, etc.) is desirable.
- Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CCSA, CCSE, Azure Fundamentals, and Azure Administrator are preferred.
- Experience in creating technical documentation for security tools and procedures.

Technical Skills
- Deep technical knowledge in IT technologies, operating systems, and networking.
- Detailed knowledge of security vulnerabilities and remediation practices, including a solid understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerability assessment and mitigation.

- Experience in working with Multinational Companies (MNCs) is preferable.
