As a Growth Business Analyst, you will be tasked with creating and executing strategic growth initiatives that encompass market expansion and innovative financial solutions for co-creation, including SaaS business growth delivery. This role will allow you to play an essential part in our company’s growth by establishing strategic partnerships, assisting in research and client acquisition, enhancing client experience, supporting product innovation, and ultimately promoting financial inclusion. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving our objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Growth Officer and Growth Business Manager in geographic expansion and enterprise initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, market intelligence, and the competitive landscape within the UAE and wider GCC market.
- Develop collateral to support business analytics and aid the Chief Growth Officer and team in expansion initiatives.
- Identify partnership opportunities within the fintech ecosystem to enhance product capabilities.
- Guide growth and expansion initiatives into the GCC market with current product offerings and/or new initiatives for value chain co-creation.
- Develop value propositions to promote myZoi’s tech solutions through bespoke offerings.
- Create and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to review and analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Understanding of the GCC financial services market and its dynamics is a plus.
- Familiarity with business practices, regulatory frameworks, and general risk management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.
- Proficient in clear, concise, and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
