Responsibilities
- Plan and run campaigns to attract business owners to download and use the company, adhering to the approved budget.
- Measure installs, sign-ups, and credit purchases by source, providing weekly reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance App Store and Google Play listings, including optimizing screenshots, descriptions, and keywords.
- Conduct tests on landing pages, onboarding messages, and promotional offers, ensuring compliance with Saudi advertising and data protection regulations.
- Work alongside sales and partner teams to develop referral and partner programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for apps or software.
- Proven hands-on experience with advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Google ads, as well as familiarity with app analytics.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively.
Pay and Terms
- Monthly salary ranges from SAR 18,000 to SAR 24,000, inclusive of basic salary and allowances, based on experience.
- This is a full-time position based on-site at our Riyadh office, with workdays, hours, and annual leave in accordance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration will be provided as per Saudi legal requirements.
Selection Process
- We respond to every application within 7 days.
- A 30-minute video call for an introduction to the company.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute growth-plan exercise using the company on our test account (no personal account is necessary).
- A final interview held in Riyadh, with results communicated to all interviewed candidates within 30 days.
