Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Positioning

    • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to define the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
    • Create advanced value propositions that differentiate the platform in a competitive market.
    • Partner with analytics to define user personas (e.g. retail traders, crypto newcomers) and tailor user journeys.
    • Lead creative positioning and brief submissions for localized campaigns.
    • Align closely with product managers for roadmap priorities and customer feedback.
  • Launch Execution

    • Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in collaboration with the product team.
    • Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
    • Ensure timely, scalable, and data-informed campaigns with cross-functional teams.
    • Adapt messaging for regional rollouts, focusing on localization and competitive landscape considerations.
  • Customer Insights & Market Intelligence

    • Analyze market trends and carry out competitive benchmarking to pinpoint opportunities and threats.
    • Conduct user interviews and feedback loops to enhance UX and messaging.
    • Feed insights back into product and growth teams for better prioritization and positioning.
  • Growth & Retention

    • Develop lifecycle programs to improve user activation, trading volume, and retention.
    • Create promotions and incentives to enhance user engagement and retention rates.
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to identify drop-off points and optimize user flows.
  • Performance & Reporting

    • Define KPIs for funnel metrics and campaign impact with the Growth and Product teams.
    • Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and rapid iteration.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably within crypto.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products sustainably.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
  • Collaborative with a bias to action in fast-paced settings.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Bonus for being crypto native or familiar with community-led growth.
