About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager for Banter Bubbles, you will play a pivotal role in converting our large, engaged audience into registered accounts on our partner exchange. You will own the entire funnel from the first bubble tap to verified signups, driving critical metrics to help scale our user base. Your mission is to enhance user engagement through various marketing strategies while analyzing performance and optimizing conversion rates.

What You Will Do
- Own the Bubbles to exchange signup funnel end to end: traffic, activation, registration, KYC completion
- Map and fix drop-off points within the app, on the web, and across email and push notifications
- Design and run a steady stream of growth experiments, including A/B tests on CTAs, onboarding processes, placements, and incentives
- Incorporate in-product conversion moments, such as a "trade this coin" prompt when a bubble is moving
- Collaborate with the live show and content teams to drive traffic and signups from streams, YouTube, and X
- Set up clean tracking in collaboration with product and data teams: attribution, cohorts, customer acquisition cost (CAC), signup rates, and funded account rates
- Manage referral and affiliate flows with the exchange partner while maintaining tight reporting
- Provide weekly reports detailing what strategies worked, what didn’t, and what the next steps will be
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a crypto exchange
- A proven track record of moving conversion metrics, supported by data
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools for push notifications, email, and in-app messaging
- Strong writing skills for crafting sharp copy and briefing designers
- A deep understanding of the crypto space and what drives user engagement
- Clear understanding of compliance limits regarding the promotion of exchanges and financial products
Bonus Points
- Experience with exchange affiliate or referral programs
- Knowledge of building funnels across multiple regions with varying regulations
- SQL skills or comfort pulling your own data
- Experience in growing a community or creator-led product
