We are looking for a Growth Operations Associate to drive growth by working closely with various functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and logistics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments (e.g., breakfast, coffee, fine dining) to meet key business OKRs.
  • Identifying high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
  • Assisting the Marketing team in the planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitating key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Collaborating with the Product team to fine-tune effective entry points for driving growth across user moments.
  • Developing tailored growth strategies for different user cohorts.
  • Running A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth tactics.
  • Analyzing key growth metrics (e.g., Frequency, LTV, CAC, Cost per incremental order) and generating insights.
  • Contributing to reporting dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Measuring and tracking relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Following relevant policies, procedures, and processes for daily work to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or User Lifecycle Management, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong understanding of KSA user behavior and trends.
  • Equally fluent in numbers and user instincts, capable of modeling outcomes while understanding what resonates with users.
  • Preferred experience in SQL and Braze.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field is required.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
