The company has partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech company building a consumer and SME financial platform. The successful candidate will take ownership of engagement and drive the next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to own and scale a company's growth engine end-to-end, directly impacting acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Salary: Up to AED 50k/month + equity

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Growth Lead, or similar within a product-led environment.
• Proven track record of driving user growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Hands-on experience with experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis).
• Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging product data to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth tools (e.g., Braze, Branch, etc.).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and ownership.
