Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Growth Lead, or similar within a product-led environment.
- Proven track record of driving user growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Hands-on experience with experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging product data to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth tools (e.g., Braze, Branch, etc.).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and ownership.
