Key Responsibilities:

Technology Delivery Ownership: Act as the single accountable owner for GTB technology delivery outcomes across various geographies, products, and integration landscapes. Ensure alignment of GTB delivery roadmap with overall Core Banking program milestones and strategic priorities.

Portfolio & Program Delivery Management: Govern and oversee multiple streams, ensuring delivery commitments are met within approved scope, cost, timeline, and quality parameters. Review and manage delivery plans, proactively handling cross-domain dependencies and resource constraints.

People & Delivery Leadership: Provide direction and coaching to Technology Delivery Managers. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability among delivery teams.

Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, audit, and regulatory standards. Serve as the escalation point for delivery risks and major issues, driving proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the senior technology interface for GTB Business and external partners, ensuring stakeholder expectations align with delivery capacities and operating models.
