Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and maintenance of workflows across CRM and GTM tools.
- Utilize AI tools (like Claude) to automate repetitive tasks, summarize data, and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain clean, reliable data across systems for accuracy.
- Assist in building and testing automations, including trigger-based workflows, notifications, and reporting.
- Document workflows and processes clearly.
- Identify broken or inefficient processes and propose fixes proactively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand and address pain points through practical automations.
- Continuously learn new tools and AI capabilities relevant to GTM and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience or academic exposure to marketing, sales, business operations, or a related field. Strong interest in the field and willingness to learn.
- AI-Native Habits: Familiarity with using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) in daily life or projects.
- Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator with the ability to articulate thoughts and ask questions.
- Organizational Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Coachability: Open to feedback and able to apply it quickly for improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Personal projects involving automation, AI tools, or data manipulation.
- Basic exposure to SQL or scripting.
