As the Activation GTM Manager for Cloud & AI Platforms in UAE, you will accelerate Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) and market share growth, boost field agility, and deliver results by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across UAE, including Sales Excellence, sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions. This role is critical in driving customer adoption at scale through deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with various teams.

We're seeking a highly driven, motivated marketing or sales individual who acts as a thought leader, tracks success criteria, works with emergent technology, creates alignment, removes roadblocks, and simplifies complex concepts. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, or technical pre-sales.
  • Good understanding of Azure, Cloud platforms, Gen AI marketplace, competition, solutions, and partner ecosystem.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across products within the Cloud & AI Platforms business.
  • Execute Cloud & AI solution play plans, enable and activate sellers, and track effectiveness across the UAE market.
  • Drive sustainable growth within business performance metrics and establish strategic priorities.
  • Orchestrate and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans across various business functions.
  • Ensure field communities have the necessary enablement to run the business locally and serve as the primary liaison between teams.
  • Pursue long-range growth opportunities and investment plans, including geographical expansion.
  • Track progress on investments and ensure customers receive necessary services and support.
