The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. As the Activation GTM Manager for Cloud & AI Platforms in UAE, you will accelerate Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) and market share growth by partnering with key stakeholders across UAE, including sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions. This role emphasizes driving alignment across processes and tools, leading a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, and leveraging insights to inform data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary product and technical advocate within the Cloud & AI Platforms business, leveraging subject matter expertise to share insights and feedback.
- Execute Cloud & AI solution play plans, enabling and activating sellers while tracking the efficacy of plans across the business in UAE.
- Drive sustainable growth and accept accountability for ACR performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Orchestrate and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans, collaborating closely with marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.
- Drive long-range growth opportunities and investment plans, including geographical expansion aligned with area/subsidiary capabilities.
- Provide field communities with necessary enablement and activation to run the business locally.

Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related work experience.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Cloud platforms, Gen AI marketplace, and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation.
- Exceptional ability to create alignment and simplify complex concepts, demonstrating a growth mindset.
