Role Coverage Requirement
This position encompasses approximately 75% back-office Document Management responsibilities and 25% customer-facing support at the GTS counter, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, scan, and dispatch trade documents accurately and within the agreed service standards.
- Support daily operations of the Document Management Team and maintain an organized workspace.
- Safeguard bank property, customer documents, and controlled stationery.
- Adhere to trade policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Protect customer information and escalate any suspicious activity or security concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with GTS teams and internal stakeholders to uphold high service standards.
- Provide customer-facing support at the GTS counter and address customer queries effectively.
- Attend necessary training sessions, support colleagues during absences, and escalate operational issues as needed.
Requirements
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a work permit. If the university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are required (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to assume additional responsibilities.
- General knowledge of trade products is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not essential.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Under the New Labour Law, only fixed-term contracts are available to employees, except for those in DIFC and ADGM. A four-year contract, in line with the work-permit term, will be issued.
